1) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, add to and/or modify this statement or content of this website at any time.
2) PayPal services our online payment account and customers using this service agree to PayPal's User Agreement policy.
2a) The additional 3.5% online processing fee will not be included with your refund when canceling prearranged service.
3) Rate quoted by email or verbally may or may not include the Service Fee of 29% or $3.50 Airport fee which are additional charges.
3a) Service Fee of 29% includes the Gratuity, Service and Fuel charges.
4) Parking, Tolls, Fuel Charge, Overnight Accommodations or other Incidentals may or may not apply to the service chosen and are additional charges.
5) SEDANS: Mileage @ $3.50/mile or hourly or flat rate, whichever is greater; STRETCH/STANDARD SUV: Mileage @ $4.50/mile or hourly or flat rate, whichever is greater. SUV STRETCH: Mileage @ $7.00/mile or hourly or flat rate, whichever is greater.
5a) The mileage formula will be used, distance calculated using Google Maps or MapQuest or other map medium, if going beyond our service area (which is a 20 mile radius from San Francisco Int'l Airport) at the time of booking or during an actual prearranged service. If found to exceed this radius, the mileage formula supersedes any hourly quotes or flat rate quotes previously given.
6) Wait time is FREE for the first 15 minutes on One way to/from Airport transfer service after which you will be charged our hourly rate or fraction (half hour) thereof.
7) Additional charges of $20.00 for after hours service between 11PM - 6AM or Pick Up for International flights due to Customs check or Baggage Claim meeet.
7a) Service Rates may be higher during certain times of the year such as New Year's Eve, Proms, Holidays or for Special Events.
7b) Customer or guest(s) of customer should conduct themselves in a manner as not to cause injury to anyone while using our service, to third parties or damage to vehicles. Customer accepts reponsibility for their guest(s) and cost replacement value of or repair for any damages caused by customer or guest(s) of customer to vehicles or third parties. Service can be stopped at any location and time and no refund of money will be made due to disorderly behavior, damage to vehicles or any type of abuse by customer or guest(s) of customer. Vomiting in the vehicles will automatically be charged an additional $350.00 clean up fee. We are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicles during or after a prearranged service. State law prohibits anyone under 21 years of age in consuming alcoholic beverages in the vehicles.
7c) Customer will not hold us responsible for being late for the pick up time or planned itinerary that is out of our control due to acts of god, war, emergency situations or highway traffic. We will advise the customer of these traffic conditions while en route to first pick up location. We will always attempt to be on time and most likely arrive a few minutes early for all prearranged services.
7d) Customer agrees to allow us to replace the chosen vehicle being reserved due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may make the chosen vehicle unavailable on the day of the event. We will replace the vehicle in question to a like kind or equivalent seating capacity vehicle or may offer an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost to the customer.
8) Cancellations for: Airport Service need to be called in to us 24 hours prior to scheduled service date and time after receiving your confirmation number; Charter Service need to be called in to us 72 hours prior to scheduled service date and time after receiving your confirmation number; to avoid the following fees listed in the next section (8a).
8a) Cancellations for: Airport Service will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee for a Sedan vehicle or $50.00 for a Stretch vehicle or full price of service if cancellation is within 8 hours prior to service date & time; Charter Service will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee for a Sedan vehicle or an $80.00 cancellation fee for a Stretch/Standard SUV vehicle or $175.00 cancellation fee for an SUV Stretch vehicle or full price of service if cancellation is within 48 hours prior to service date & time; due to loss of potential reservations for the same date and time.
8b) A deposit is required when making the reservation for a Charter Service which is non refundable. Deposit rates are as follows per vehicle: $55.00 for the Sedans, $80.00 for the Stretch/Standard SUV and $175.00 for SUV Stretches.
8c) In the event that the account/invoice remains unpaid for any reason, Boss Limousines LLC may pursue legal action and will hold Customer and/or Company liable for all legal and other related expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, court filing fees, and any other expenses incurred in the collection process.
9) Our drivers take part in the DMV Pull Notice Program and Random Drug Testing.
10) Our vehicles follow and/or often exceeds the recommended maintenance schedule from the manufacturer.
